Description of Services

The platform offers real-time Publish/Subscribe capabilities for applications via standard WebSocket and HTTP APIs. Our services facilitate the dissemination of messages across your application topics, delivering messages instantly to users and services.

User Account and Responsibility

Creation of a user account is necessary for platform use. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account and password, along with limiting access to your credentials. You accept accountability for all activities conducted under your account or password. Accurate and up-to-date information is required upon account creation, and such information must be regularly updated.

Use of Services

Services provided by the platform are intended for lawful use only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmitting or posting materials that are threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, or inappropriate
  • Transmitting or posting materials that infringe on third parties’ intellectual property rights
  • Conducting activities that disrupt the platform or its services, including but not limited to, hacking, spamming, or introducing viruses.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the platform and its services, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its services are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The content on our website and tools is protected by German copyright law. To use it, you need permission from our team. Therefore, you can only download or copy it for personal and educational use, not for business purposes. If the content wasn't created by us, we adhere to the rules of the copyright owner and provide clear attribution. If you come across anything that appears to infringe copyright laws, please inform us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will our platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform and services.

Liability for content

However, under the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not liable for third-party information until a specific violation is brought to our attention. Our platform may include links to external third-party websites, over which we have no control. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for the content found on these external sites. The provider or operator of these linked pages bears sole responsibility for their content.
When we initially established these links, we diligently examined the linked pages for any potential legal violations. At that time, we did not identify any illegal content. However, it is not feasible for us to continuously monitor the content of linked pages without specific evidence of a violation. Rest assured, we take reports related to linked pages seriously and will promptly investigate any alleged legal violations. If we become aware of a legal violation, we will take appropriate action, including removing the link in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in our jurisdiction.

Severability

Should any part of these terms be determined invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 21no.de with respect to the use of the Realtime Pub/Sub platform.
