Retention Period

  • Logs and Telemetry Information: Application activity logs will be automatically purged in alignment with the data retention period specified in your application plan.
  • Account Deletion: Once a user account is deleted, the user's profile, settings, and all applications will be irrevocably removed from our systems.
  • Administrative Requests: Records of administrative actions, including "Account Delete" and "Download PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data" requests, are maintained for a one-year period to comply with legal and audit requirements.
